Chapter 33

Deuteronomy · Moses

¹ And this [is] the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death. ² And he said,

Dt 33:1-2

³ And he spared his people,

Dt 33:3

⁴ The law which Moses charged us,

Dt 33:4

⁵ And he shall be prince with the beloved one,

Dt 33:5

⁶ Let Reuben live, and not die;

Dt 33:6

⁷ And this [is the blessing] of Judah;

Dt 33:7

⁸ And to Levi he said,

Dt 33:8

⁹ Who says to his father and mother, I have not seen thee;

Dt 33:9

¹⁰ They shall declare thine ordinances to Jacob,

Dt 33:10

¹¹ Bless, Lord, his strength,

Dt 33:11

¹² And to Benjamin he said,

Dt 33:12

¹³ And to Joseph he said,

Dt 33:13

¹⁴ And of the fruits of the changes of the sun in season,

Dt 33:14

¹⁵ From the top of the ancient mountains,

Dt 33:15

¹⁶ And of the fullness of the land in season:

Dt 33:16

¹⁷ His beauty [is as] the firstling of his bull,

Dt 33:17

¹⁸ And to Zebulun he said,

Dt 33:18

¹⁹ They shall utterly destroy the nations, and ye shall call [men] there,

Dt 33:19

²⁰ And to Gad he said,

Dt 33:20

²¹ And he saw his firstfruits,

Dt 33:21

²² And to Dan he said,

Dt 33:22

²³ And to Naphtali he said,

Dt 33:23

²⁴ And to Asher he said,

Dt 33:24

²⁵ His sandal shall be iron and brass;

Dt 33:25

²⁶ There is not [any such] as the God of the beloved;

Dt 33:26

²⁷ And the rule of God shall protect thee,

Dt 33:27

²⁸ And Israel shall dwell in confidence

Dt 33:28

²⁹ Blessed [art] thou, O Israel;
